Who am I?

Allow me to introduce myself for a moment, if you will and open your senses to an incredible food journey with me.
Remember when a smell of cooking took you back to a special memory and warmed your soul?
That right there is the feeling I want you to experience when indulging yourself with my carefully prepared delights.

My name is Candice, I have been working with food since I was a wee little tacker fresh from school and ready to take on the big wide world. From managing cafe’s in Sydney airport, to learning different cultures with boxing legends, my experiences have been exciting to say the least. I have been a waitress, barista, cafe manager, paint specialist, fryer cook, breakfast chef, Baker and dessert shop owner….
All of this has led me to reaching out to a wider community with the same values and lux expectations as I. When it comes to having that one of a kind experience- whether it a wedding, baby shower, birthday or a wake, I aim to create a memory. The memory that calms and settles the nerves before saying “ I do”.
The memory that makes you think of nan’s homemade cookies.

Using high quality ingredients like Pepe Saya hand churned butter, local honeycomb, Beerenberg farm cultivated jams, prosciutto from that one butcher who really understands what I am asking when I say $150 worth of ‘that salami’, I want you to experience this Lux life.
